Appointment of Exclusive Iran Representative
Accreditation Commission of Conformity Assessment Bodies (ACCAB) is pleased to appoint Mr. Peyan Moradi (Addess:Unit 14, 5th Floor, No. 1, Moazzam Alley, Rad Alley, North Felestin St.,Tehran, Iran – Postal Code: 1415813838,Tel: + 98 21 888 999 11, + 98 21 889 343 07 Email: iran@accab.ir) as an exclusive Administrative Support Function (ASF) Representative for Islamic Republic of Iran with Immediate effect, for ACCAB accreditation services for Testing, Calibration and Medical laboratories as per ISO / IEC 17025 and ISO 15189.
ASF is authorized for performing marketing activities, conclude contracts and coordinate accreditation assessment activity on behalf of and under the direct procedural supervision of ACCAB.
All decision regarding granting, maintaining, renewing, extending, reducing, suspending or withdrawing of ACCAB Accreditation Certificates are Exclusively performed by ACCAB.
